To qualify as a court approved domestic mediator, a person must:
(1) Meet all applicable requirements for domestic relations mediators established by the Oregon Judicial Department;(2) Sign and submit to the Trial Court Administrator an original application setting forth the information required by the Oregon Judicial Department; and(3) Receive approval by the presiding judge.
