Rule 11.023 - Juvenile Delinquency - Pretrial Report
(1) Appearance at the scheduled pretrial conference shall be waived if parties have submitted a pretrial report setting forth an agreed upon plea hearing or declared the Juvenile Offender is ready for Trial.
(2) Said pretrial report must be e-filed with the Trial Court Administrator by 2:00pm on the last judicial day prior to the scheduled pretrial conference.
(3) The filing of said report constitutes representation to the court by each signee that the parties have conferred in accordance with SLR 7.041(2), all witnesses have been contacted and subpoenaed if necessary and that parties are ready for trial or a plea will be entered on a date previously arranged with the court.
(4) Plea hearings that require scheduling may be set in any 8:30am Delinquency Detention session or in a 9:00am Tuesday/Friday Delinquency Proceeding session. At the time of the plea hearing, a disposition hearing date will be set with all parties present or set for the previously scheduled date of the Trial.
(5) Attached hereto as Appendix G is the sample form for use as a 'Pretrial Report in Juvenile Proceedings'.
