Rule 12.155 - REMOVAL FROM MEDIATION/ARBITRATION/SETTLEMENT CONFERENCE PANEL(1) The Arbitration and Mediation Commission shall monitor the performance of mediators, arbitrators and persons conducting settlement conferences.(2) The Presiding Judge may remove a mediator, arbitrator or person conducting settlement conferences at the Presiding Judge's discretion.Douglas Supp. L.
