Rule 7.015 - SETTING MOTION AND TRIAL DATE IN CRIMINAL CASES(1) Criminal motions are set or reset in court or by telephone. Counsel is required to have their calendars available when setting and resetting dates. The court may provide written confirmation of the date.(2) Criminal trials are set in court.
