Rule 9.081 - ORAL OBJECTIONS

Location for Making Oral Objections

(1) Oral objections in probate matters, pursuant to ORS 125.075, may be made in Room 106 of the Benton County Courthouse, 120 NW 4t h Street, Corvallis, Oregon 97330, during regular office hours. The clerk of the court will provide the means for objections to a motion to be reduced to a written statement.
(2) The respondent or protected person may also make objections orally to an appointed Court Visitor.
(a) Court Visitors are to include any objections by the respondent or protected person in the Visitor Report.
(b) The objections shall be in bold and underlined in the same sized font as the body of the report.
