As used in these rules, a "certified-conflict" case is a case in which the court of appeals has issued an order certifying a confl ict pursuant to Article IV, Section 3(B)(4) of the Ohio Constitution.
A certified-conflict case shall be filed as provided for in S.Ct.Prac.R. 8.01.
