Except in a criminal appeal or a case related to the practice of law, a party may fi le a motion to refer the case to mediation pursuant to S.Ct.Prac.R. 19.01. The Clerk of the Supreme Court shall refuse to fi le a motion to refer a criminal appeal or a case related to the practice of law to mediation.
