Rule 1 - Scope; Applicability; Citation(A)Scope; Applicability. These rules, promulgated pursuant to Article IV, Section 5(B) of the Constitution of the State of Ohio, and those Civil Rules not clearly inapplicable to the special statutory procedure set forth in R.C. Chapter 2743, govern practice and procedure in the Court of Claims, other than where clearly inapplicable to proceedings brought under R.C. 2743.75.(B)Citation.
