If a motion for relief from judgment under Civ.R. 60(B) is pending in the trial court and an appeal from the same judgment is also pending, a party may move this Court, for good cause, to remand the matter to the trial court for a ruling on the motion for relief from judgment. 1. If the appeal is remanded to the trial court, the movant must promptly notify the Court of Appeals of the trial court's ruling on the motion for relief from judgment.2. In order to appeal the trial court's ruling on the motion for relief from judgment, a party must file a new or amended notice of appeal from that ruling.
