Rule 3.3 - Change of AddressA. Notice of Change of Address: If the address listed on the docketing statement for any party to the appeal or for counsel of record is incorrect or changes during the course of an appeal, the party or attorney shall file a written notice of change of address with the clerk of the appellate court. The notice shall be filed in each case pending in the Court of Appeals in which the person is a party to the appeal or the attorney is counsel of record.B. The clerk of the appellate court shall note upon the docket of each case the change of address of the party or attorney and shall forward a copy of the notice to the Court of Appeals in Youngstown, Ohio.
