Rule 2.23 - Notice That The Record Is Complete - Duty Of Clerk

Upon the filing of a complete record for purposes of an appeal, the Clerk of the Court of Appeals shall serve upon all parties to the appeal notice as required by App.R. 11(B) on a form to be determined and prescribed by this Court. Simultaneously with serving said notice upon the parties, the clerk shall forward a copy of the notice to the Assignment Commissioner of the Court of Appeals at Room 515, 41 North Perry St., Dayton, OH 45422.
