Rule 10 - Motions, Bail, Bonds, And Stays(A) Oral argument will not be scheduled on any motion except upon order of the court in exceptional circumstances.(B) Pursuant to App.R. 8, motions for bail and suspension of execution pending review are to be determined promptly upon such paper, affidavits, and portions of the record as the parties shall present. Further a party may ask this court to secure any presentence investigation and report or pretrial investigation and report, to be delivered to the court under seal and subject to the confidential nature of the report (See Crim.R. 32.2 ), for use in review of the motion.Effective 11/15/1992; amended effective 7/1/2021.
