This rule shall take effect on January 1, 2006; amended effective November 1, 2007; amended effective January 1, 2022; amended effective January 1, 2023 . Each member of the Supreme Court Rules Advisory Committee serving on the Committee as of the effective date of this rule shall continue to serve on the Commission for the balance of the term to which the member was appointed. The service of a member on the Rules Advisory Committee shall be included in determining the eligibility of the member for reappointment to the Commission pursuant to Section 4(A) of this rule.
