Rule 2.7 - Person Asserting Interest in Legal ActionA. Asserted by a Person who is not a Party to the Case. Any person asserting an interest in the proceedings may seek to intervene as a party in the action by filing a motion to intervene. The motion must include a brief statement concerning the person's relationship to the subject matter of the case and reason for seeking intervention.B. Asserted by a Party to the Case. Any party to an action may file a motion to join another person/entity to the action by setting forth a brief statement concerning that person or entity's relationship to the subject matter of the case and reason for including that person to the action.
