Rule 21 - Organization of the court(a) All civil and criminal cases shall be randomly assigned.(b) The justices of the peace shall select one judge as the chief justice of the peace for a term of 1 year as referred to in JCRCP 84. The chief justice of the peace shall supervise the court clerk, including all related court officers, and resolve any calendar assignments and procedural/policy disputes between the court departments.Nev.
