Rule 8 - Duties of marshal During the time the court remains in session, the marshal shall:
(a) Prevent all persons from coming within the bar except officers of the court, attorneys and parties to, or jurors or witnesses in, the cause or matter being tried or heard.(b) Keep the passageway to the bar clear for ingress or egress.(c) Preserve order in the court and within the hearing of the court.(d) Attend the needs of the jury.(e) Open and close court.(f) Perform such other duties as are required by the justices of the peace.Nev.
