Rule 22.10 - Felonies-Homicide-Record of Preliminary Hearing

In all cases of homicide, a verbatim record of the testimony at the preliminary hearing shall be made. It shall be transcribed upon the written request of the state or defendant.

The source of the first sentence is prior Rule 23.12. There is a change in that the requirement of signature by the witnesses has been eliminated.
