Rule 3.10 - [Effective 4/18/2024] NOTIFICATION OF SETTLEMENT OR POSSIBLE CONTINUANCE(A) When a case has been set for trial on a day certain (placed on trial docket) and the parties have settled or agreed to settle the case before the trial date, the plaintiffs' attorney shall immediately upon such agreement being reached so notify the court.(B) Where parties agree before the day set for trial to continue their case, then plaintiffs' attorney shall likewise be obligated to immediately notify the court that the parties desire to mutually seek a continuance.Amended effective 4/18/2024.
