Rule 5.01 - [Effective 4/18/2024] CONTENTS AND FORM(A) Every judgment shall state the facts showing that the court has proper jurisdiction and venue.(B) Where multiple forms of relief are granted, each shall be stated in a separately numbered paragraph.(C) Judgments and orders should be drawn so as to be unambiguous in their terms and conditions.(D) In all litigated cases, the court shall in the judgment tax all costs in its discretion.Amended effective 4/18/2024.
