At the court's discretion, discovery may be conducted in the manner provided for delinquency proceedings pursuant to Rule 10. Otherwise discovery shall proceed as follows: The prosecuting attorney shall, as soon as possible, provide the child with copies of statements and police reports.
At least ten (10) days before trial, the parties shall exchange the names of witnesses they intend to have testify at trial as well as exhibit lists.
