These rules embody the policies set forth in KRS 600.010 which include, but are not limited to, the following:
A. Providing each child a safe and nurturing home;B. Using in-home interventions and avoiding out-of-home placement to the extent possible;C. Providing treatment reasonably calculated to bring about an improvement in the conditions that brought the child before the court;D. Providing fair judicial proceedings that recognize the rights and interests of all parties; andE.
