Rule 704 - ATTORNEY ADMISSIONS OFFICE(a)Generally. The Supreme Court designates an Attorney Admissions office in the Office of Judicial Administration.(b)Duties. The Attorney Admissions office has the following duties: (1) receiving and processing applications for admission to the Kansas bar;(2) administering the bar examination;(3) maintaining records involving application and admission to the bar;(4) designating a secretary to record the minutes of the Board of Law Examiners' meetings;(5) reporting to and assisting the Board regarding test administration, accommodations, and results;(6) serving as a liaison between the public, the Board, and the Supreme Court on all matters involving admission to the bar; and(7) assisting with other matters as directed by the Board or the Supreme Court.New Rule effective 7/1/2009; Am.
