Prefatory Rule
As amended through June 27, 2024
The Administrative Rules of the Twelfth Judicial District numbered 1 through 24 in effect prior to the date hereof are hereby repealed effective March 22, 2004.
The foregoing is adopted pursuant to the authority of Supreme Court Rule No. 105, in chambers at Concordia, Kansas, and a copy thereof mailed to the Clerk of the Supreme Court of Kansas this 22nd day of March, 2004.
