Rule 9.10 - Child support guidelines worksheet

All parties must file a child support guidelines worksheet prior to a support hearing or the establishment of a support order. The parties must use Form 1 accompanying these rules, unless both parties agree to use Form 2. The Child Support Services (CSS) must use Form 2. The parties may supplement any other required financial statements by filing Form 3.
