One electronic copy and one paper copy of a grant application will be required. Applications should be signed by an official who has authority to bind the organization to the proposed obligations. Applications must state that they are valid for a minimum period of 60 days from the date of submission. Applications should be transmitted to the electronic mail address and postal address designated in rule 44.8.
