Rule 1.1 - Notice and Form(a) Notice of all proceedings in an action shall be given to all parties who have appeared and have not been found by the Court to be in default, unless notice is excused pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 104(c).(b) Motions, pleadings or other papers filed with the Clerk of the court and not in compliance with Supreme Court Rules 11 and 12 will be stricken.Ill.
