Pursuant to the authority granted in Section 3-408, Idaho Code, and subject to approval of the Idaho Supreme Court, the Board of Commissioners of the Idaho State Bar hereby promulgates the following requirements, qualifications and procedures for admission to the practice of law in the State of Idaho and maintenance of membership in the Idaho State Bar.
