Rule 1 - Location, Address and Business Hours

(a) Address. The location of and mailing address for the Office of the Tax Division of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia is: Tax Division, Superior Court of the District of Columbia, 500 Indiana Avenue, N.W., Washington, D.C. 20001.

(b) Business hours. Except on legal holidays, the Office of the Deputy Clerk of the Superior Court for the Tax Division shall be open for business Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

COMMENT

In section (b) the term "legal holidays" refers to those holidays listed and provided for in Superior Court Rule of Civil Procedure 6(a).
