The Court shall have authority in any cause pending in the Court of Chancery of this State to appoint a Master in Chancery pro hac vice in such particular cause.
The appointment of a Master in Chancery shall be complete and effective when an order for the same is signed by the Court.
Any Master may be removed at the pleasure of the Court.
