Rule 308 - General Rules of Pleading(a) Claims for Relief. Complaints shall be in the form and content of Appendix to Chapter 25, Form 2, C.R.C.P., and shall be signed by the plaintiff or the plaintiff's attorney. (b) Defenses; Form of Denials. The answer shall be in the form and content of Appendix to Chapter 25, Form 3, C.R.C.P., and shall be signed by the defendant or the defendant's attorney.
