Rule 2 - Practice and Procedure

Except as herein provided, the Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure, with the exception of Rule 42.1 of said rules, and the Local Rules of Practice for Maricopa County Superior Court shall govern all Arizona Tax Court proceedings.
