Rule 5.2 - Summoning Witnesses; Record of Proceedings(a)Summoning Witnesses. If requested, the magistrate must issue subpoenas to secure the attendance of witnesses.(b)Record of Proceedings. The magistrate must make a verbatim record of the preliminary hearing.
