Comment

Rule 45 allows the circuit clerks to send documents using the services of third-party commercial carriers that have been approved by the Administrative Director of Courts. The Administrative Office of Courts will maintain and publish a list of approved third-party commercial carriers, which will be updated periodically as third-party commercial carriers are approved or their approval withdrawn by the Administrative Director of Courts.
