Rule 36 - Paper size of documents ified with court

All pleadings, motions, briefs, depositions, discovery requests and responses thereto, and if practical, all other documents filed in any clerk's office in any proceeding other than traffic cases, shall be filed on paper 81/2 x 11 inches in size.

Comment

This rule is not intended to prevent the filing of exhibits such as tables, charts, plate, photographs, and other materials that cannot be reasonably reproduced on 8 1/2 x 11 inch paper.
