Ala. R. Jud. Admin. 22

Amended 9-28-87, eff. 10/1/1987.

Comment

It is highly desirable for judges to wear a suitable black judicial robe while actually sitting in a formal judicial proceeding. However, the court chose the word "should" rather than the word "shall."

This rule replaces former Rule 25.
