Rule 12.1 - Procedures - Transitional provision

For purposes of Rule 12, any matters pending before the Board of Disciplinary Appeals on the effective date of the amendments to these Rules effective October 6, 2008, [sic] shall be resolved as soon as possible by the Board of Disciplinary Appeals, and the Board of Disciplinary Appeals shall remain in effect, notwithstanding the effective date of the amendments to these Rules, for the limited purpose of disposing of pending matters.
