Massage therapy treatment will be permitted when given by a massage practitioner upon written orders from the injured worker's treating health care provider. Massage therapy treatment must be under the direct supervision of a health care provider as defined in W.S. § 27-14-102(a)(x) and it is in conjunction with other therapy modalities.
