The use, storage and transportation of radioactive material are regulated by state and federal regulatory agencies; therefore, such use, storage and transportation of radioactive materials in the special services industry are not regulated herein. Allegations of hazards in the use, storage or transportation of radioactive materials will be forwarded to the appropriate state or federal regulatory agency.
