Section 7-4 - Wall Certificate and Card Certificate

Upon being granted licensure the applicant shall be issued a wall certificate of standard design, bearing the Board seal and signed by the designated Board members. A card certificate shall be issued bearing the number, and expiration date of the license, and is reissued only upon license renewal.
