Section PSC 2.03 - Role of commission staff(1) Except as provided in sub. (2), members of commission staff appear neither in support of nor in opposition to any cause, but solely to discover and present, if necessary, information pertinent to the docket.(2) The commission may designate staff as a party in any class 2 contested case.
