Section PC 1.01 - Authorization

The rules in chs. PC 1 to 6 are adopted by the commission pursuant to ss. 230.44(4) (bm), 230.45(1) (i) and (3) and 230.89(1), Stats., and relate to the commission's jurisdiction under s. 230.45, Stats.
