Section RB 2.02 - Applicability

This chapter is applicable to any person constructing, modifying, repairing or placing a structure in the riverway or cutting or harvesting timber or woody vegetation to restore or maintain prairies in other native plant communities, enhance wildlife habitat or maintain confirmed archeological sites.
