Section Trans 319.02 - Definitions Words and phrases defined in s. 340.01, Stats., have the same meaning in this chapter unless a different definition is specifically provided. In this chapter:
(1) "Properly posted" has the meaning given in s. 349.13(3m) (a) 2, Stats.(2) "Law enforcement agency" means a county sheriff or municipal police department.Wis. Admin. Code Department of Transportation § Trans 319.02
