The department, in cooperation with governmental units, shall appoint a citizen advisory committee for each priority watershed and priority lake project in accordance with s. 281.65(4) (dr), Stats. The citizen advisory committee shall advise the department, DATCP and governmental units concerning all aspects of the planning and implementation program for their specific priority watershed or priority lake project.
