Section DOC 303.45 - Possession, manufacture or use of weapons(1) Any inmate who makes or alters an item making it suitable for use as a weapon is guilty of possession, manufacture, or use of weapons.(2) Any inmate who possesses an item which is designed to be used as a weapon is guilty of possession, manufacture, or use of weapons.(3) Any inmate who possesses an item which could be used in the manufacture of a weapon is guilty of possession, manufacture, or use of weapons.(4) Any inmate who uses an item as a weapon is guilty of possession, manufacture, or use of weapons.Wis.
