Section UWS 14.12 - Effect of discipline within the university system Suspension or expulsion shall be systemwide in effect.
(1) A student who is suspended or expelled from one institution in the University of Wisconsin System may not enroll in another institution in the system unless the suspension has expired by its own terms or one year has elapsed after the student has been suspended or expelled.(2) Upon completion of a suspension period, a student may re-enroll in the institution which suspended him or her as if no suspension had been imposed.Wis.
