Section 64-21-20 - Penalty for Violating Provisions of Regulations20.1. Any person who violates any provision of this rule is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall upon conviction be punished by a fine of not more than two hundred dollars ($200) or by imprisonment for not more than thirty (30) days or both fine and imprisonment.20.2.
