Section 190-5-1 - General1.1. Scope. -- This legislative rule establishes the requirements for an appraisal management company to be registered and to perform appraisal management services in the state of West Virginia. It further establishes procedures and requirements for registration renewals and regulation of Appraisal Management Companies.1.2 Authority. -- W. Va. Code §§ 30-38-7, 30-38-9, 30-38-1, 30-38A-1et seq.1.3 Filing Date. -- April 8, 20221.4. Effective Date. -- April 8, 20221.5. Sunset Provision -- This rule shall terminate and have no further force or effect on August 1, 2027.
