Section 153-45-10 - All Notary Rules Apply

10.1. In performing electronic notarial acts, an electronic notary shall adhere to all applicable rules governing notarial acts provided in this rule, 153 CSR 46A, and W. Va. Code § 39-1-1, et seq.
