Section 153-22-1 - General

1.1. Scope. -- This procedural rule establishes a uniform procedure for political party executive committees to file membership lists with the Secretary of State as required by W. Va. Code § 3-1-9(g).

1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code §§ 3-1-9(g) and 29A-3-3.

1.3. Filing Date. -- July 27, 2022

1.4. Effective Date. -- August 26, 2022
